Tom's way of Thinking.. 

​

Over thousands of years as humans we’ve evolved to move in a certain way and our joints have adapted to it.

Even though we’re still learning as humans and no doubt evolving, we can lose certain aspects which always need retraining. 

 

In the world of fitness, performance and rehab education is key in learning how to use your own body and maximise its potential. This is true in someone that is injured, someone younger or in athletes! 

 

If there is a malfunction in your perfectly evolved body then we learn how to fix it and let it grow. If we trusted our own abilities and our own evolution then we could all be doing the un-imaginable.

THE PROCESS...

​

Before getting started with a new client/patient a number of movement pattern tests, mobility and strength tests will be done, and also look Into any previous medical history current or old.

​

Tom would then put together a planned program individually suited to the client which will be engineered to their goal or injury. Working together in a gym or clinic environment within the sessions we would begin to learn and find our athletic ability.

 

Sessions will be adapted as we improve. Tom would also put together a plan for either home treatments or sessions, this is so out of our sessions were giving ourselves every possible chance for adaptation.

With the right training, education and pain management, in what you can and can’t do with your body, Tom will help you through this and help you regain some sort of a life.
